Cozy home located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is a 5-minute Uber ride or safe, scenic walk of about a mile to Notre Dame campus. This home is great for families or groups traveling for a visit to Notre Dame, weddings and other local events. The large patio and private back yard are ideal for hanging out with other members of your group while you enjoy grilling. We are also pet friendly!

Comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. High speed wireless Internet, 50″ smart TV. Bedroom #1: Queen bed, 2 bedside lamps, spacious closet, dresser. Bedroom #2: Queen bed, 2 bedside lamps with USB ports for charging devices, spacious closet, dresser. Bedroom #3: Double bed, night table, bedside lamp with USB port for charging devices, storage cabinet. All bedrooms include luggage racks for your convenience.

Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and plate service and flatware for 6 or more (there currently is no dishwasher). The living/dining room area includes a large screen TV so you can enjoy watching a game or movie while you eat! The basement includes a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Behind the house is a covered porch that includes an outdoor table and chairs for those who want to take in some sun and fresh air. An outdoor gas grill and grill tools are provided.
