About this space

Newly constructed home in a beautiful, neighborhood designed with your comfort in mind. Brand new high quality bedding, linens, furniture and amenities throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Only a 5-minute ride or short walk to Notre Dame campus. Great for families or groups traveling to South Bend to visit Notre Dame or for other local events. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The private back yard with a fire pit is ideal for hanging out with your group.

*Bathrooms: 3 of the full bathrooms have shower and one has a shower/tub. En suite bathroom on main level has double sinks. All bathrooms have ample towels and bath supplies such as shampoo, soap, etc.
*Lower Level Bedroom – Two full over full bunk beds that also have trundle beds at the bottom with a total sleeping capacity of 10. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the lower level living area.

--THE LIVING SPACE--

The main floor includes an eat-in kitchen with a new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave; the kitchen is stocked with cookware, a toaster, coffee machine, and plate service and flatware sufficient for large groups. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that can accommodate a large gathering for meals. The living room includes a large screen TV so you can enjoy watching a game or movie while you eat!

The lower level includes a recreational area with a large sectional sleeper sofa and a 70” TV with state of the art SONOS sound system.

--BACKYARD--

Behind the house is a patio that includes an outdoor table and chairs for those who want to take in some sun and fresh air. An outdoor grill with propane tank and grill tools are provided. When it’s chilly, enjoy some time around the fire pit with your group. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars in addition to the 2 car garage. We always look forward to hosting great people.
